Our Ministries
At Thessalon Church of Christ, our ministries exist to help every member grow closer to God and one another through Scripture, prayer, and fellowship. Whether you are exploring faith for the first time or have followed Christ for many years, you will find a place to study, serve, and build lasting relationships. Each ministry is rooted in the Bible, welcoming anyone who wants to learn and mature in their walk with Christ.
We keep things simple: no sign-ups, no special requirements—just show up, bring a Bible if you have one, and join the conversation. Greeters and elders are always available to answer questions and direct you to the right classroom. Below is a brief overview of the studies currently offered.
Children’s Bible Classes - Sundays, 10:00 – 10:45 a.m.
We begin with a short, joyful time of singing that lets kids praise God together. After the songs, children move to age-appropriate classrooms where Bible stories come alive through crafts, games, and conversation. The aim is to plant seeds of faith early, helping young hearts understand God’s love and learn how to follow Jesus every day.
Adult Bible Study - Sundays, 10:00 to 10:45 a.m.
This discussion-oriented class meets in the auditorium before worship. Together we work through a passage, ask practical questions, and encourage open dialogue so participants can connect Scripture to real-world situations.
Mid-Week Bible Study - Wednesdays, 7:00 to 8:00 p.m.
Meeting year-round on Wednesday evenings, this gathering provides a relaxed setting to study a book or theme of the Bible in greater depth. It offers mid-week spiritual renewal and a chance to share insights and prayer requests.
Ladies’ Bible Study - Every second Tuesday at 1:00 p.m., September to June
This women’s study welcomes women of all ages to grow in faith and friendship through prayer, discussion, and encouragement. Together, we explore Scripture with verse-by-verse insight and practical application. It’s a warm, supportive space to deepen your walk with God alongside others in every season of life.

The Gospel Herald is a publication providing articles, news, and biblical teaching from churches of Christ across Canada and beyond.
